Thanks to all of you who left comments on my last post. Thank you to those who reminded me that this is a good place to record the memories that are being made here daily. Especially with my little monkey, Caleb. I know I'm not very good at leaving comments on the blogs I read and for that I apologize...I'm a google reader user.
I realized, after writing the last post, was that I was looking for some sort of recognition. Kind of shallow, isn't it? But I need to remember that I'm writing this blog for myself, my husband and now for my little man, Caleb. I'm going to keep this blog running as a record of Caleb's life. AND most of all, I'm not going to go looking for comments!

I totally get this feeling. I often have it with my own blog. Keep it up if you want to, but not because of other people, but because you want to. Not because other people say you should or you think people keep in touch with better through it. Because in my experience, it doesn't. If I stop blogging tomorrow, the people who really care about me and my family will make the effort to call, email, text, write, ext. Those that don't, do I really care if they miss my blog, probably not.
