At my last appointment, my doctor seemed a little concerned that baby was too small. She noticed that I hadn't gained any weight in the 2 weeks since my last appointment and that I was measuring the same as before. She is sending my for an ultrasound this Friday to check the baby's size. I was upset about this at first because I thought that maybe I haven't been doing everything right. But I have since come to realize that Baby Friesen just may be a small baby. After all, I was only 5 lbs 9oz when I was born (I was full-term and healthy). So now I'm looking at this ultrasound as an opportunity to see the little monkey again before he/she makes their grand entrance into this world.
Baby is moving around so much that and I'm so enjoying that feeling. The heartbeat is good, and I'm feeling pretty good most days. It's getting incredibly harder to sleep comfortably at night what with leg cramps and indigestion. The recliner has come in handy for those nights that are really bad. Mike has been so wonderful through all this. He takes such great care of me. I love this man every more every day. He's going to be such a great daddy.
We have the baby room almost completed. There are just a few small things that need to be done. Since we don't know if we're having a boy or girl, decorating the room is a bit of a challenge. I'm wanting to go with chocolate brown & sage green colours for the room. That way I can easily add girly colours to it if we have a girl. If anyone has any suggestions I will gladly take them.

feeling baby move was my very favourite part of pregnancy... I actually still miss it! But not much else :)

Yah! You're almost there! I too miss the feeling of Simon moving inside. However, I love him on the outside better! Enjoy the last stretch!
Wow... I can't believe how far along you are already! :o) Although I know thats easy for ME to say! Glad all is going well... keep us posted - and put up the belly pictures please! :o)
